HART – Protecting Frontline Staff Mental Health

HART Pack

The High Adversity Resilience Training Certification just got an upgrade. The new sealed HART Pack represents the beginning of a journey into understanding resilience – what protects us, what to look out for, and what we can actively strengthen to build personal sustainability.

This is how we protect the mental health of frontline staff.

Every HART Certification participant receives a complete package designed to build advanced resilience skills for people working in high-adversity environments:

  • 14 hours of advanced resilience training
  • Pre & post PR6 + JSECC assessments, providing insights into personal resilience and psychosocial workplace factors
  • The full HART Manual, packed with advanced resilience activities, QR codes for quick digital assessments and practical techniques that can be used when they’re needed
  • 12 months access to the Driven Resilience App for ongoing learning
  • 3-year HART Certification on completion

HART is an accredited program designed specifically for people facing extreme stress, with the manual, assessments, digital tools and ongoing app access forming one integrated learning experience.

And importantly, we’re measuring the impact.

Our latest HART outcome research found 11.6% improvement in overall resilience, alongside improvements in engagement (+10.2%), job satisfaction (+8.8%) and motivation (+16.2%). Participants starting with the lower resilience showed the largest gains, with PR6 Overall improving by 39%.

The new HART Pack is one more step in our ongoing work to make HART the best resilience program for frontline staff.
