Kevin Hammond has 25 years expertise as a Leader, Trainer and Coach for organizations serving public needs.  

Training Certifications: Driven RFA- Resilience First Aid, Driven High Adversity, Driven Resilience Coach Training: Blanchard SLII Leadership, Building Trust, Leading Change: Tim Fletcher Co: LIFT Complex Trauma.   As a survivor of CPTSD (complex post-traumatic stress disorder) he brings an understanding of trauma, and its lasting effects based on neuroscience, and the need for preventative training skills.  he has firsthand knowledge and experience of the healing power of Resilience & Trauma informed training. " These types of training are engaging, humbling and painful at times; however, it opened me up to a level of awareness, healing and understanding that now affords me a level of joy and freedom I thought was gone at my age. "    

He is a passionate and empathic teacher and enjoys building personal accountability for multi-functional teams to facilitate change and healing support for each other.

Currently, as Manager of ResilientFirst, the Employee Wellness and Mental Health training division of FirstWatch Solutions Inc., we are building resilience in Emergency Medical Services leaders and staff in North America.

He lives in the coastal community of La Costa, CA, in North San Diego County with his wife Tiffany of 35 years and son Kelly, 24, Audrey, 21, Ruby 19 and Basset Hound Nelly. Hobbies include Hiking, Horseback Riding, Mtn Biking, Skiing, song writing, playing piano, guitar and reluctant to admit- the according during the Holiday Season.
