After 23 years of working in the executive recruitment sector, as a founder and leader, Andrew made the decision to pursue a new course in life. Given his past experience, and also experiencing burnout and an extended period of stress, this is driving him to help others in their well-being journey. He now supports executives, business owners, and teams of people to learn more in areas of well-being. This includes supporting each other through co-regulation, developing resilience skills and practices, education, and awareness of stress, breathing, and improved mental health under pressure.
