Instructor Bio
Dr Rajesh Parekh is a Certified Resilience Coach & Leadership Development Facilitator based out of India with work experience of more than 3 decades. By education he is a Medical Graduate and has a Masters in Psychology. He is an ICF ACC Certified Coach from Neuroleadership Institute, is certified in Hogan Personality based assessment inventories & is certified in conducting Assessment & Development Centers by Aon HR Learning Center. He is a certified Mindfulness Practitioner by Mindful Science Center & also by Rice University, USA. He is a Master Practitioner in OD & Change Management by Ashridge University, UK.
Rajesh started his career as an Industrial Physician at Tata Special Steel and subsequently moved to Mahindra & Mahindra. He specialized in Lifestyle Management & Employee Well-being. He then worked with Dale Carnegie Training for 3 years and finally spent a decade in Bayer Crop Science heading Talent Development. He facilitated the Leadership programs at the Bayer Leadership Academy and also facilitated the Resilience programs developed by Awaris in Germany for all Bayer employees during the pandemic.
After having observed the benefit of the Resilience programs in the employees’ mental health and emotional well-being, and also having seen the benefit at a personal level while he was recovering from a cardiac event, Rajesh decided to focus on and further develop himself in the area of Resilience.
He has completed the Resilience First Aid Certification, the Resilience Coach Certification which also enables him to administer the PR6 assessment tool and the Resilience First Aid Instructor Course from Driven.
