Instructor Bio
Tommy started his career in the military serving in the Australian Army as an Infantry soldier, spending 17 years in Service deploying to Timor Leste, Solomon Islands, and Iraq. During this time, he relied on a resilient mindset to not only survive but thrive in his roles.
Since leaving Defence Tommy has run a security company, worked in veteran mental health and veteran homelessness. Tommy has had a passion for veteran mental health issues and have run a variety program to support veterans including Mental Health First Aid (MHFA), Resilience First Aid (RFA), peer support and mentor programs.
Tommy is passionate about bringing best practice preventive mental health training to individuals and organisations, Tommy aims to bring a lived experience fun and interactive course to our community.
