A PCC-level ICF-credentialed transformational leadership coach, educator, consultant, author, researcher, speaker, and community-builder, Vickie Mudra invites you to open new possibilities by asking, “What if it could be different?” for yourself, your team, or your entire organization.

With a passion for serving professionals and organizations dedicated to the education, health and safety of others, Vickie understands the critical importance of ensuring organizations around the globe have a happy, healthy, mission-ready workforce.

Founder and CEO of the Institute for Deliberate Practice, she has over 30 years of leadership experience; holds a master’s degree in Public Health, with graduate certification in Disaster Management. She is certified as a Conversational Intelligence and Happiness coach, Energy Leadership Master Practitioner, and Resilience First Aid Instructor, as well as Six Sigma Lean in Healthcare.
