Founder and CEO of the Institute for Deliberate Practice, she has over 30 years of leadership experience; holds a master’s degree in Public Health, with graduate certification in Disaster Management. She is certified as a Conversational Intelligence and Happiness coach, Energy Leadership Master Practitioner, and Resilience First Aid Instructor, as well as Six Sigma Lean in Healthcare.
