Resilience coaches focus on building someone’s personal and professional resilience. A qualified coach will help an individual explore their existing resilience attributes and provide resources to help them improve those attributes so they can manage stress better.
Resilience First Aid Certification (RFA)
Resilience First Aid is a mental health certification that aims to teach you skills to build resilience in others and improve someone else’s mental health. During this certification, you will learn how to identify low resilience and talk proactively about mental health.
Certified Resilience Coach Certification (CReC)
The CReC is designed for individuals that are looking to become qualified resilience coaches. This certification will teach you how to use the PR6 model of resilience, the Driven app, and host resilience workshops. After becoming qualified, you will be able to access resilience resources and automation tools.
