RFA Refresh Instructor Training
The RFA Refresh Instructor course upskills you as an instructor to be able to recertify RFA participants for a further 3 years through the 1-day RFA Refresh course.
You will gain access to a new materials and resources for participants, incorporating the latest feedback and research to uplift the outcomes of your RFA workshops.

3 Year Refreshed Certification

RFA Refresh Presentation Pack & Guide
Get a full PowerPoint presentation pack and Presenter Guide with complete notes on running the workshop and new activities to make the workshop impactful and memorable. Through the online training, learn how you can uplift your coaching techniques with lessons from our Masterclass.
RFA Masterclass Pack
Get access to an updated version of the standard 2-day RFA workshop packs, including updated ALL Protocol sections, new Domain Features activities and slides, new Session Guidelines, and the Pre & Post assessment slide all incorporated alongside new activity guidance to run more interactive and impactful standard RFA workshops.
Resilience First Aid Manual
Get access to the full RFA Certification Manual – a comprehensive A4-sized book with space for notes and activities aligned with the presentation pack. Order for participants to follow along and make the workshop memorable with a tangible book to take home and remember the experience. Contains QR codes to scan and instantly access techniques through the Driven app.
Four RFA Posters
Each participant receives four A3-size posters, including an Anchor activity, Resilience Features map activity, PR6 Skills, and an ALL Protocol Poster. These bring the workshop activities to life, creating a visually impactful and memorable experience, along with the ability to put these up at home and work to continue the impact of the training into the future.
RFA Refresh Brochure
Use the PowerPoint format RFA Refresh brochure to access marketing content and images that you can customise to your own needs. Add your own contact details and save as a PDF to share with contacts. Use the content to add to your website and connect with marketing material from the free CReW Partner course.
PR6 & Peer Support Report
Each participant completes an included pre-assessment including PR6 personal resilience and peer support skills, gaining longitudinal insight compared to their previous assessments, as well as gaining personal insight to guide their focus during the workshop itself. Develop group reports and consider overall impact, plus immediate feedback download at the end of the workshop.
Driven Resilience App
Participants receive a further 12 months of access to the Driven Resilience App to continue learning after the training. This include access to the Resilience Impact Community starter kit, making it practical to build interest groups to embed a culture of resilience.

RFA Refresh Instructor Training Format
Fully Online
- 7 Hours self-paced training through a series of videos and interactive components
- Presented by resilience expert Jurie Rossouw
- All materials and digital resources provided through the training and available on completion
- Online training is available to complete as long as you maintain a Driven Pro license
- Be sure to have completed the RFA Instructor Certification and CReC Courses, and note you must be logged in to register for this training.
